Long Island Teacher suing New York state over 'ineffective' rating is going to court

The Supreme Court of the State of New York in Albany has now heard oral arguments in the case of Sheri Lederman.  Lederman is suing the State of New York because her Annual Professional Performance Rating dropped from Effective down to Ineffective even though her students achieved similar results on state exams.  Click here to read more.
