The death of Justice Scalia, what does it means for unionist?

The unexpected passing of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia on February 13 has forever changed the makeup of our nation's highest court. A hero to conservative political values, Justice Scalia was the driving force behind many Supreme Court rulings that changed our country.
 
The death of Justice Scalia has raised many questions about cases in which the court already heard oral arguments with Scalia on the bench, but on which it has not yet issued a ruling. For example, what happens to the Friedrichs v. California Teachers' Association case that has so many wide ranging implications for all organized labor across America?
